Q: Can you leave the units outside all year round?

A: Yes you can. Everything is designed to be weatherproof, and as long as you cover the unit after use, you can leave it safely outside.

*The only thing we advise is to remove the cooler as this is an electrical item.

Q: Are the units mobile?

A: Yes, they are all on lockable, heavy duty casters.

Q: Is there any assembly required when the units are delivered?

A: No, they are all fully assembled and ready for use.

Q: Does everything you see in the pictures come with the units?

A: No, some of the pictures have extra decoration items. For full list of items included, please see product details. 

Q: What wood do you use?

A: We use Douglas Fir wood which comes from very slow growing trees and consequently the fir wood is extremely dense and strong. This wood is also sustainably sourced. 

Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Shrewsbury in beautiful Shropshire.

Q: Where can you deliver to?

A: We can deliver anywhere in the country using a great reliable courier company.

Any customer is more than welcome to pick up their unit from our workshop, but it must be done in a Luton van with a tail lift, it must have securing straps, and we take no responsibility for our unit on that delivery journey.
